Upon registering for the event, we will send you a kit that includes paint, a canvas, and any special items based on the theme of the event. A secure Zoom link (or other virtual platform link) will be emailed to you 24 hours before the event. Simply log in at the scheduled time, and our professional artist will guide you step-by-step through the painting process. All you need to do is relax, sip on your favorite beverage, and enjoy the creative journey!

Virtual Paint n’ Sip
Welcome to Galleria Untitled's Paint and Sip, where creativity meets community! Our mission is to provide a welcoming and inspiring space for women of color, creatives, business owners, and supportive communities to unwind, connect, and express their artistic talents.
At Galleria Untitled, we believe in celebrating diversity and fostering an environment where everyone feels empowered to explore their creativity. Whether you're a seasoned artist or just looking for a fun night out, our paint and sip events are designed to be inclusive and enjoyable for all skill levels.
Virtual Paint and Sip Event Rules
1. No Refunds: Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your spot to another participant with prior notice.
2. Registration Deadline: Participants must sign up at least 10 days before the event. This allows us to prepare and ship any necessary materials in time for the event. If not you can still register for the event, but we will not be able to send you extra supplies, so paint and any extra materials aside from canvas’ will have to be provided by you.
3. Material Delivery: If you purchase a complete kit from us, please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of registration. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect information.
4. Event Link: A secure Zoom link will be emailed to you 24 hours before the event. Please ensure you have access to the email address provided during registration.
5. Technical Requirements: Participants are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection, a working camera, and a microphone. We recommend testing your setup before the event to avoid technical difficulties.
6. Start Time: Please log in 10-15 minutes before the event starts to ensure a prompt beginning. Our sessions are scheduled to start on time, and latecomers may miss important instructions.
7. Behavior and Etiquette: We strive to create a positive and inclusive environment. Please be respectful to the instructor and fellow participants. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
8. Age Requirement: Participants must be at least 18 years old. If under 18, they must be accompanied by an adult. Some events may have specific age restrictions, which will be noted in the event details.
9. Photography and Recording: Screenshots and recordings of the event may be taken for promotional purposes. By participating, you consent to being photographed or recorded. If you prefer not to be included, please notify us in advance.
10. Supplies: Ensure you have all necessary supplies ready before the event begins. A supply list will be provided upon registration if you are using your own materials.
11. Alcohol Consumption: If you choose to sip on your favorite beverage during the event, please drink responsibly. Participants must be of legal drinking age to consume alcohol during the event.
12. Questions and Assistance: If you have any questions or need assistance before the event, please contact our support team. We are here to help and ensure you have a wonderful experience.
