1. No Refunds: All ticket purchases are final. We do not offer refunds for cancellations or no-shows. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your ticket to another participant with prior notice.
2. Arrival Time: Please arrive 15-20 minutes before the event start time to check in, choose your seat, and get settled. The event will begin promptly, and late arrivals may miss important instructions.
3. Age Requirement: Our in-person paint and sip events are for EVERYONE. Participants must be 21+ to consume alcohol. Please bring a valid ID if you plan to drink.
4. Food and Drink: Light refreshments will be provided, and guests are welcome to bring their own snacks. For events serving alcohol, BYOB is permitted (for guests 21+). Drink responsibly, and please note we do not provide or serve alcohol.
5. Behavior and Etiquette: Our events are designed to be fun and inclusive. Please be respectful of the instructor and other participants. Disruptive behavior may result in removal from the event without a refund.
6. Photography and Recording: Photos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to being photographed or recorded. If you prefer not to be included, please let us know.
7. Supplies: All painting supplies, including paint, brushes, and canvases, are provided. You only need to bring your creativity and positive energy!
8. Clean-Up: Help us keep the studio tidy! We kindly ask that you dispose of any trash and return your space to its original condition.
9. Health & Safety: We take health and safety seriously. Please respect any social distancing measures or other precautions in place. If you are feeling unwell, we ask that you do not attend the event.
10. Event Duration: Our in-person paint and sip events typically last around 2-3 hours, including time for painting and socializing. Enjoy the process and take your time!
